Official St. Charles Parish criminal records must come from the agency that maintains them. The Sheriff's Criminal Records Division handles local arrest, incident, crash, and warrant material, while the Clerk of Court maintains 29th Judicial District Court files. State criminal-history questions go to Louisiana State Police. The contacts below route each request to its proper custodian.

This Is Not a Government Office. We run a private reference site. We cannot pull criminal records, run official background checks, remove or correct a record, or accept expungement filings for anyone. For any of those, you need to reach the right government office directly.
